Shipping policy

A Door to Morocco only ships within Canada. Please be aware of delays in shipping due to COVID19 and carrier issues. 

We strive to ensure that our products are properly packed as to avoid anything becoming broken or damaged during the shipping process, however we cannot promise that accidents won't happen. If your products arrive damaged and any of the contents are broken, please email us at adoortomorocco@gmail.com within 14 business days and we will be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Please Note: do not dispose of any of the damaged goods or box as we may request photos so that we can address the issue on our end.
